Linden is different from other agency models because every decision we make is based on research. We ask good questions. And then we offer smart marketing strategies. Our team of marketing specialists, account managers, copywriters, public relations experts, and graphic designers can not only imagine a brand—we can create the right brand, and put it to work to meet your goals.
Whether we’re developing a multi-phased, multimedia campaign or a small brochure, our basic approach is the same.
- Understand. We’ll need to become fluent in your brand—by getting to know your organization, its overall goals and the goals of each project.
- Agree. Once we have an understanding, we’ll synthesize, summarize and repackage what we learned into a simple guiding document (called a creative brief) that we use to make sure our team and your team are speaking the same language.
- Proceed. When all parties are in agreement, the fun can begin. Using the creative brief and the project goals, the creative team begins work on development.
This basic model can be applied to almost everything Linden does.
