The Memorial Hospital at Craig 2009 Campaign

As part of the countdown to the opening of their new facility, The Memorial Hospital, located in Craig, Colorado needed to grow awareness of its capabilities—beyond the false impression that it was a small-time hospital for unplanned events. Linden created a six-month marketing strategy that emphasized the birthing center, surgery center and facility upgrades:
- Outdoor (billboards and newspaper racks)
- Site signage
- Print advertising (daily newspapers and seasonal publications)
- Direct mail targeting new moms
- Public relations (press releases, TV interviews)
- Special events (grand opening materials e.g. invitation)
- Website audit
- Electronic advertising (banner ads on newspaper websites)
- Broadcast advertising (TV and radio)
- Collateral (service line brochures, pocket folder)
- Specialty items

Three months in, the image of The Memorial Hospital began to change, and the marketing strategy is a crucial part of staying on track and following through to completion.
