Since 1993, Legacy Land Trust has been working with interested landowners to protect key natural and agricultural landscapes in Larimer, Weld and Jackson Counties. Legacy Land Trust knew they needed a fresh image to attract new membership into their lively, positive organization. After considering a large series of interesting logo marks and type treatments, their leadership agreed on a simple, classic treatment of native cottonwood leaves. To them, the new logo represented personal interactions with local landscapes, the longevity of relationships within the area and a strong desire to preserve Northern Colorado's assets for future generations.
