Cortina quickly became a landmark in downtown Fort Collins for its tall stature, Mediterranean style and warm yellow color—and the high quality of customization, features and plush living. This six-story, mixed-use project by Coulson Development was marketed on an ongoing basis, which required materials to be printed in small quantities and frequently updated. The pocket folder, which always contained a suite of up-to-date information was intentionally matched to the memorable color of the building.
